simple interest is very easy in this common formula is A=P+I where P stand for principal amount and I stand for interet.in common language si is same for all year for eg if we borrowed loan of rs 5000 and @5% for two year in such case percentage of 5%on 5000 is 250 hence for 2 year it mean 500 so at the end we have to return the amt 5500
